Growing up in leduc meant looking forwards to summer, more specifically the Black Gold Rodeo. I want to represent the bold colourful side of our community by showing how we glow when it comes time to come together for the rodeo. I am currently a grade 12 student who is pursuing a career as an art teacher by attending the university of Alberta to further my studies. This opportunity helped me step out of my comfort zone by attempting a new medium and by allowing me to give by to my community through my art.
