Cancellation & Refund Policy
Class Refunds:

Full Refunds: Written notice (via email) must be received at least 14 days before the class start date. A 5% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

Partial Refunds: Cancellations received 7 to 14 days before the class start date will receive a 50% refund.

No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 7 days before the class start date are not eligible for a refund.
Transfers: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual. Please email media@leducartclub.com with the new participant’s full name at least 24 hours before the class begins.

Missed Sessions: There are no refunds or make-up classes for sessions missed due to personal scheduling conflicts or no-shows.

Class Cancellations:

Program Cancellation: If LAC cancels a class due to low enrolment, you will be notified at least 5 days in advance and will receive a full refund.

Unforeseen Cancellations: In the event of instructor illness, extreme weather, or other unforeseen issues, we will attempt to reschedule the session or provide a substitute instructor.
