I have lived in Leduc my entire life, and attended the Black Gold Rodeo pretty much every year. I always take a look at the art shown, and the opportunity to have my own art displayed there is extremely exciting to me. I used to work on some form of art pretty much daily for years, but since I began working, it has of course taken a place on the back burner as it's hard to find the time. This competition got me excited to create again, and forced me find the time to sit down and paint. This really made me realize how much I have missed it. This opportunity would allow me to attempt to pursue my art further. I love creating, and I would love for others to be able to see my art.
