Disclosure of Personal Information

By registering for a class/workshop, you consent to the disclosure of personal information (i.e.; name, photographs of you, your work, awards/prizes received) about the registered person by posting it to the website of Leduc Art Club (LAC) at www.leducartclub.com

You are aware that by giving consent, you are permitting personal information about yourself or your child to be posted to the LAC website/social media/promotional purposes which can be viewed by anyone who accesses the Leduc Art Club website/social media/promotional purposes and consent is withheld, the posting would not occur. Note LAC DOES NOT post your personal information such as phone numbers, email, address, etc. to our website, social media, or for promotional purposes.

Also, You consent that any information given to the Registrar can be distributed to the instructors of LAC which the above-listed person takes classes, to be used on their website/social media for promotional purposes.
You further understand that you can withdraw this consent at any time upon written notice.

Policies/Waiver/Disclaimer

There will not be any make-up classes or refunds.

In connection with my involvement with The Leduc Art Club, I hereby release The Leduc Art Club, its agents, representatives, successors, or assignees, including The Leduc Art Club Board and it’s volunteers, from all liabilities, actions, claims, damages, demands, costs, and expenses which I now or in the future have against them, arising out of or in any way connected with my participation in art classes or events, including enroute to or from the program or its related events.

I understand that the waiver includes, but is not limited to, all injuries to me and or loss of injuries to any personal property. I also understand that this waiver includes, but is not limited to, any claims that are based on my alleged negligence or any other action or inaction of any of the above parties.
